Delivery & Returns


Our delivery carriers

You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment

Our courier company or Australia Post will email you with your tracking number.

Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

Generally, we dispatch within 1 business day of order, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-6 business days to deliver, - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up

Orders received before 11 am on a business day with Express postage will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day - with an expected delivery to your the next business day, unless you're out of metro areas. Orders received after 11 am will be sent next business day.

Where do we deliver?
Whip-It-Up Cake Supplies can deliver to anywhere in Australia. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact us on (08) 8258 1030. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.

Calling cards
Occasionally Australia Post may leave your purchases at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your purchases. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Whip-It-Up Cake Supplies to clarify further action.


We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• isunsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
As a customers choice of a repair, replacement or refund when a product (including food product) has a major fault or defect. 
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt

Undeliverable goods
Australia Post will advise Whip-It-Up Cake Supplies if they are unable to deliver a particular item. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
